About Community Life
Community Life is TCB’s place-based model that provides stable housing as a platform for residents and neighborhoods to achieve success. Position Description
Reporting to the Community Life Senior Manager, the role of the Community Life Service Coordinator (CLSC) will assist with the development and coordination of support services for the residents of Oakley Square Apartments. The CLSC will ensure resident and community success by working within the Community Success Plan (CSP). Working with the Community Life Senior Manager the CLSC will assist with planning programs and other on-site opportunities for residents with a particular focus on the youth of Oakley Square.
Essential Functions
Under the direction of the Community Life Senior Manager, implement site priorities in line with the site’s Community Success Plan, an annual strategic plan outlining site priorities and strategies that fit into TCB’s strategic objectives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education & Experience
B.A. a minimum, with skills and experience in community outreach, affordable/low-income housing, community organizing, and education.
